Processing Times 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

During high‑volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. 

  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping: Orders over $65. 

  

International Shipping 

At this time, we do not ship products internationally.  

  

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. 

  

Incorrect or Missing Information 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. 

We are not responsible for: 

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses 

  • Lost packages resulting from address errors

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages 

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. 

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hellofft@sigonas.com with: 

  • Order number 

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product 

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

We currently do/do not ship to: 

  • P.O. Boxes 

  • APO/FPO addresses 

  • Specific regions or countries
