Tropical Smoothie Recipe

Craving some sunshine and warmer days? Time to make a tropical smoothie topped with delicious dried pineapple! This smoothie comes together quickly and tastes like you’re on a tropical vacation.  

 

Ingredients:

½ cup frozen pineapple 

½ cup frozen mango

1/2 banana (frozen creates a thicker consistency)

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1 cup of coconut milk

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 handful of ice

1 ring of Fruit For Thought Dried Pineapple

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender except the dried pineapple, and mix for 2-3 minutes, until ice chunks are gone.
  2. Garnish your smoothie with Fruit For Thought Dried Pineapple!
