Peanut Butter Overnight Oats With Dried Fuji Apples

Here’s a simple peanut butter overnight oat recipe! This recipe is naturally sweetened, gluten-free, and everything you need to kick start a busy day, enjoy after a workout, or eat on the go! The best part is topping it off with Fruit For Thought Organic Dried Fuji Apples.

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

¾ tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon natural, creamy peanut butter, plus more for garnishing

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Half a banana

Dried Organic Fuji Apples

  1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup into a mason jar and stir to combine.
  2. Add the oats and stir a few more times. Make sure oats are fully combined with wet ingredients.
  3. Cover with a lid and set in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
  4. The following day, open, stir, and enjoy. Garnish with Fruit For Thought Dried Fuji Apples, banana, and more peanut butter!

Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, and are not freezer friendly.
