1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

¾ tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon natural, creamy peanut butter, plus more for garnishing

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Garnishes:

Half a banana

Organic Dried Apples

Directions:

  1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup into a mason jar and stir to combine.
  2. Add the oats and stir a few more times. Make sure oats are fully combined with wet ingredients.
  3. Cover with a lid and set in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
  4. The following day, open, stir, and enjoy. Garnish with Fruit For Thought Organic Dried Apples, banana, and more peanut butter!
