Dried Cherries Parfait

Looking for a quick, protein-packed, and natural breakfast? This recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast option with fresh berries, greek yogurt, Fruit For Thought Dried Cherries, and honey. You can even make this yogurt parfait ahead of time, just add the toppings when ready to eat! They will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days! We used Fage Greek Yogurt 0% which as 18g of protein in a single serving. 


  • Dried cherries 
  • Greek yogurt 
  • Blueberries 
  • Honey 
  • Granola

  • Directions:

    First: Add  ⅓ cup Greek yogurt

    Next: Toss some fresh or frozen fruit of your choice on top of the yogurt. We recommend a combination of blueberries and Fruit For Thought dried cherries. 

    Then: Repeat until the glass jar is full.

    Finally: Top it all with crunchy granola, honey, and more dried cherries!
